HOBART

THE SINNER‘S CIRCLE – A CIRCLE EXPLAINS THE WASH PROCESS

According to the chemist Herbert Sinner, four parameters are decisive for a successful washing process. These parameters are temperature, chemistry, time and mechanics. These factors correlate with each other – if you change the percentage of one parameter, this effects a change in at least one other parameter.

In this painting of HOBart all elements are to be symbolised by the design or painting technique.

CHEMISTRY: The special image effects were formed thanks to the combination of paint, dishwasher rinse aid and regeneration salt
MECHANICS: Structure paste with metallic elements symbolises the sturdy stainless steel design with HOBART
TIME: The incorporation of sand establishes the link to the ancient chronometry
TEMPERATURE: High temperatures are demonstrated by the colour red

In the warewashing technology the mechanics and the temperature are the parameters weighted the most and thus have more surface in this HOBart than the parameters chemistry and time.
