MEETING MINUTES RESOURCES

Typically – aim to have 1 service tech meeting each month. These should be for the discussion of important new items and business, and for technicians to bring up issues.

Mandatory – 3 meetings per year MUST have a focus on WH&S.
This includes training in WH&S topics, discussing new relevant WH&S information, and an open forum on WH&S issues.
Use the BELOW as guidelines for talking points during these meetings.

PPE Checkup & First Aid Kit Checkup

• Discuss, and get all technicians to complete the PPE CHECKLIST to determine what needs to be replenished (RETURN THIS ASAP to whs@hobartfood.com.au)
