The Precipan is a practical multifunctional braising pan that eliminates the need for a lot of kitchen equipment and significantly reduces the workload of your staff.
- Multifunction cooking unit combining 9 cooking modes: Simmer / Grill / Braise / Sauté / Pan Fry / Steam / Boil / Fry / Pressure Cook
- Pressure lid with manual close and opening to allow for rapid cooking
- Auto basket lift and lower arm for up to 3 x 1/1GN baskets (ACBPPA11 - sold separately) to overcome WH&S related issues. Each basket can hold up to 8 kg of cooked product
- Front mounted 15 amp single phase socket for use with accessories e.g. stick blender
- Front mounted retractable spray hose for ease of cleaning down
- Front mounted Core probe (ACSC - sold separately) socket and USB data socket for ease of use
- 15 mm thick energy saving stainless steel radiused
- Motor driven pan tilt and lowering for ease of use
- Intelligent Heating Technology: high powered armoured elements under the pan divided into three independent cooking zones
- Electronic multipoint proportional control of the pan base temperature
- Automatic cold water filling of the pan (the unit can be connected to hot and cold water)
